Founder & Licensed Family Child Care Provider
Gladys Rodriguez founded Laly Love Children Daycare out of a deep love for children and a belief that every child deserves a safe, nurturing place to grow. A native of Bloomfield, CT and a bilingual (English/Spanish) caregiver, Gladys has spent over a decade building meaningful relationships with the families she serves.
Her approach is simple: treat every child as if they were her own. Structured routines, patient guidance, and genuine warmth define each day at Laly Love — making it a true second home for children from 6 weeks through 12 years old.
